2. Services Provided AI RAISE offers a platform connecting freelancers specializing in AI with clients. The platform facilitates the posting of job requests, browsing of services, and direct interactions between clients and freelancers.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and when creating job listings or service profiles.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payment and Refunds

• Payments for services facilitated through the Website are securely processed via Stripe, a trusted third-party payment system.
• AI RAISE is not responsible for disputes between clients and freelancers regarding payment or service quality.
• Clients have 10 days from the delivery of a service to file a dispute regarding the freelancer’s delivery. Disputes will be reviewed, and a decision will be made.
  • If a dispute is filed after the 10-day window, no refund will be issued.
  • In the event of an approved refund, the client will be refunded excluding any platform fees paid.
• Freelancers will receive their payment via Stripe Connect after a specified delay following service delivery. If a dispute is filed within the 10-day window and deemed valid, the freelancer will not receive the payment for the disputed service.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, and code provided on the Website are the intellectual property of AI RAISE and are protected by copyright laws.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that any content uploaded to the platform does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

• AI RAISE is committed to protecting user data and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR for European users.
• Personal data collected during registration or use of the Website is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
• Users must not share personal information of other users without their explicit consent.

• Both parties are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably. AI RAISE may mediate disputes but does not guarantee resolution.

9. Dispute Resolution

• In case of a disagreement, users should first attempt to resolve the issue directly.
• For unresolved disputes, AI RAISE offers mediation services, but final resolutions remain the responsibility of the involved parties.

10. Availability of Services

• AI RAISE strives to maintain uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or other unforeseen events.
• Users will be notified of planned downtimes whenever possible.

11. Indemnification

• Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI RAISE from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from their use of the Website or violation of these Terms.

• Loss of data due to user error.
